Whidbey replacements to existing .NET 1.1 methods

Brad Abrams points out an interesting list of various namespace methods that are being rendered obsolete.  In addition to the list of methods, he includes some notes about each item and their possible replacements.  Here’s what he has to say:

We are working on an official list and we will ship it with Beta1 of Whidbey… but until then I have created a dirty read version. This is NOT the official version and you should expect changes in this list (adds, changes, removes).  I wanted to get you the earliest information possible.

Just to be clear, these members are still in Whidbey, applications built against them will continue to work, but when you recompile you will be asked to move to the updated version.

…checking…

…whew!…

Don’t think I’m using any of those… if I am it’s probably in some single location, so not a problem to replace.
