C# to VB Conversion/Translation

(OK, since I lost this post due to other circumstances… here it goes again. - Here’s your chance to answer it again.)

I can’t remember exactly what my questions were, so here goes…

Have you used any of the C# to VB conversion utilities available (web-based, etc.)? If so, what was your overall impression and success rate? Do you prefer one over another? If you could pick anything to improve what would it be?
